Q: “When you were making the decision to go with ProfitZoom, what were some of the reasons you decided to change your system?”
A: “Every other piece of software required ‘hoop jumping’ to get it to work in our service oriented industry. ProfitZoom was one of the products we had exposure to at the NAFED conferences.
One of the big selling points was that it is industry specific, and that was something initially attractive. We have really high standards, and we openly vetted the product very well, and made our decision ultimately on functionality.
We decided to go with ProfitZoom, because we thought it would be the best long term solution looking 7, 10 years down the road.”
Q: “Change is hard, I wonder if you have learned anything about your experience that you would do differently to bring your users on quicker or adopt the system better?
A: “Everything from billing to inventory and customers that walk into the front door…it can all be tied into one system.”
Q: “What wisdom, if any, would you be willing to impart of someone considering this software?”
A: “Somebody can get 10 hours of stuff done, in what would have taken them 15 or 20 before…it lets us rededicate our efforts to other important things.”
